We believe that access to quality toys shouldn't be gated behind cart thresholds or delivery charges. Whether you're ordering a ₹299 board game or a ₹9,999 LEGO set — you pay exactly what you see on the product page. The delivery cost is on us, always.
The only exception is Express / Same-Day Delivery, which carries an optional add-on fee (see Section 07). Standard shipping, however, will always remain free for every ToyVerse customer.

Please note that some very remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our standard courier partners. In such cases, we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement with alternative delivery options.

We take packaging very seriously. A damaged toy arriving at your door is as disappointing to us as it is to you — so we invest in premium, protective packaging for every single order.
All original brand packaging is preserved — we never repackage products out of their original branded boxes. You will always receive your toy exactly as the brand intended, with all manuals, stickers, and bonus materials included.

Occasionally, deliveries fail due to reasons beyond our control. Here's our clear process for handling these situations:
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order and before dispatch. We cannot change the address once the order has been picked up by our courier partner.
